The early caveman said, “there should be a way to move things around without having to drag them around in the mud.”  Thusly, he invented the wheel.  Then early cavewoman said, “hey I should attach those wheels to my feet and beat the shit out of other cavewomen.”  Thusly, Roller Derby was born.  Five million years later the most recent evolution of the art, The Psycho Ex-Girlfriends took time out of their busy schedule of rescuing puppies from burning towers and breaking hearts everywhere to come into The Ruckus studio and record an episode of our podcast.  My people, I give you our Roller Derby episode.
